Job description
Responsibilities: Define and architect test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for software testing across multiple projects and domains. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, quality goals, and technical constraints, translating them into effective test strategies. Develop and maintain test architecture blueprints, patterns, and guidelines to standardize testing practices and ensure consistency across projects. Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and platforms to meet project requirements and enhance testing efficiency. Lead and mentor test engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to achieve project goals and deliverables. Design and implement test automation frameworks, infrastructure, and pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and integration. Conduct research and experimentation on emerging testing technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement. Provide technical leadership and thought leadership in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a test architect or senior test engineer. Strong expertise in software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and scripting languages. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Skills: Test Architecture: Proficiency in designing and implementing test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies. Test Automation: Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and infrastructure. Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to test engineers. Innovation: Capability to identify and evaluate emerging testing technologies and trends. Preferred: Certification in software testing or test automation, demonstrating specialized knowledge and expertise in testing principles and practices.
