Role Summary

ConveGenius Insights (CGI) is seeking an ambitious professional with result-oriented approach to join in our Business Development vertical. The person in this position will be responsible for business development (identifying business opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, managing documentation, and developing presentations etc.) and also contributing to management of research projects as per the organizational requirements.

You have worked towards business development and project management with at least 1-5 years of experience. The location for this role would be Delhi NCR.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Developing grant proposals as response to RFPs and as concept notes. Also contributing for developing both technical and financial proposals.
• Working on collating documents to be integrated as part of technical and financial proposals.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Contributing to develop and deliver pitch presentations to potential clients.
• Contribute to implementation of education assessment/M&E projects as per organizational requirement.
• Representing the organization for bid meetings and presentations as required.

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in any of the following areas: business management, general management, education, research or related field
• At least 1-5 years of full-time related work experience in business development or project management or consulting, preferably within the field of educational assessments

Competencies

• Ability to take work ownership, work independently and communicate pro-actively and professionally with customers and within the organization.
• Experience working in development & public sector.
• Experience in grant proposal writing and business development.
• Effective communication & presentation skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and innovation.
• Knowledge and experience in research project management or assessment frameworks would be an additional asset.
