Job Title: IT Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations of our IT solutions within the south region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building, and maintaining relationships with key customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage the Enterprise sales pipeline
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including prospecting, account management, and relationship building
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, including hardware, software, and services
