Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, sellers and Fintech(s) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operations and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. In Asia Pacific (AP), VCA has geographically focused teams and the Center of Excellence (COE) team which provides expertise in specific industry or functional verticals (Issuer portfolio optimization, Digital, Risk, Business Solutions and Acquiring). The incumbent will be part of VCA India and South Asia’s Portfolio Optimization advisory team and be responsible for advising Visa's clients in payment strategy, new product development, P&L optimization, portfolio management, balance build etc., working closely with the cross-functional teams in India and AP hub team in Singapore.

Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for an individual to join us as Manager, Managed Services for India and South Asia and be a part of our consulting arm - Visa Consulting and Analytics .
This role is based in Mumbai and reports directly to the Head of Managed Services, India and South Asia.
In your role, you will lead project delivery to drive implementation of recommendations around product development and portfolio actions. You will work towards execution of product launch and communication, card portfolio migration to impact portfolio performance using Visa resources. The person would be expected to play an active role in the sales pitch process by collaborating with internal teams’ basis the client ask.

Qualifications
With minimum of 6-8 years' relevant experience having already accumulated a variety of experience, you will combine a strong understanding of the banking, card or payments industry with strong consulting and implementation experience . You will be client driven, comfortable managing a project end to end and relish the opportunity to develop new solutions and capabilities that will meet our client's needs.
