- Ability to research and analyse the available product information from requirements, specifications and user stories
- Ability to interview Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, QA Analysts, etc. to gather the necessary information
- Ability to develop, publish and maintain defect-free end-user content corresponding to release timelines
- Ability to collaborate with the cross-functional teams to learn assigned product and complete all necessary content development
- Ability to participate in process improvement activities
- Ability to participate in review cycles (Self, Peer and SME).
- Ability to learn skills necessary to participate and perform content analysis, topic definition, re-use, etc.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in an XML authoring environment
- Experience working in an Agile environment
