Job Description



Your responsibilities as a Media Performance Manager (Social) –
• Ensuring quality delivery as per the defined SLAs
• Primary point of contact for escalations; addressing issues and providing action plans
• Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keep the internal & external stakeholders updated
• Drive team adherence to all the internal/ external tools and processes
• Keep the team motivated through regular touch points/ team engagement activities
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of 
audiences (internal or external)
• Lead, Mentor and (or) Quality Assurance for team members
• Sense of ownership; very responsible for client budget management & performance monitoring
• Keep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, 
keeping pace and regularly documenting Paid Social industry trends across web/mobile platforms 
and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
• Work closely with the team members/ supervisor to meet goals.
• Assist in preparing pitches for new clients
• Participate/ lead brainstorming and status calls with agency stakeholders
• Drive new tests, analyze performance and provide insights on how performance could be improved
• Strategic bidding & budget management oversight
• Forecast market needs, planning product launches and campaigns

Qualifications



You will fit right in if you have –
 Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant 
field would be preferred).
 4 to 6 Years of experience in Biddable media 
 Strong knowledge in various Social platforms like Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn- etc
 Team & Client management skills
