Job description
Experience : ICU/Neuro ICU (10+ Years of experience in relevant field)
Qualification : BSC. Nursing Location : Bhubaneswar Roles and responsibilities : - To ensure timely support by the nurses to each patient. - Responsible for the safety and comfort of patients, and the health and safety of employees assigned to the patient. - Evaluate and set standards for facilities and equipment, and monitor utilization of equipment and supplies. - Promotes open communication within the unit, service, and with other units and services.- Plan and conduct staff meetings for each shift.
- Assists in the use of emergency procedures, fire Drills, etc. evacuation procedures, and internal/ external disaster plans and procedures. - Counsels employees, develops staff, and, as appropriate, utilizes the disciplinary process. - Training of the incoming trainee nurses about clinical and organizational practices - Troubleshooting at the patient site - Continuous assessment of the nursing staff - Ongoing training on equipment and high-end nursing care - Team building - SOP maintenance at all levels of nursing delivery. - Prepare Nursing roster - Making patient visits for clinical purposes or counseling - Keeping track/maintaining a good rapport with clients through telephonic contact or visit - Regular telephonic or physical meetings with nurses for employee and client satisfactionJob tags
