Job description
Frame strategies for growing the business unit in terms of
volume for Used & Refinance Vertical
Frame strategies for enhancing the resale prices in the market
for loss reduction
Build network of channel partners to do business in all states
and cities for Used & Refinance Vertical
Continuous monitoring on the improvement & development
of weaker territories & team members
Reviewing & driving the field team on weekly basis for
volumes for Used & Refinance
Reviewing the HO refinance team on MIS, leads & projects in
process & implementation
Updating business head on the progress at regular intervals
Maintain & improve the productivity of the team
Drive and address requirements of Legal team, OPs team,
Collection team, etc. wherever required.
Coordinating with all the managers for driving used &
refinance volume as well as for market updates and
requirements specific to their territories
Coordinating with credit team for specific policy requirement
or product requirement
Business audit & vertical profitability
Co-ordination with OPs team for stock level management
Take corrective measures in case of any breach of processes,
policies & code of conduct
Upgrading application for onboarding customers in SFDC
keeping compliance driven through system
