Job brief:
Presently, we are in expansion mode and hence looking for passionate recruiters to join our team. This is a mid level role which will eventually morphed into Account Manager role. The incumbent must have sound knowledge of recent technologies as well as strong communication skill. Should be able self-driven and would be able to take initiative to improve overall performance. This is not a run of the mill recruiter job, hence pls excuse if you do not have the the leadership character. Candidates from engineering background would be preferred. This position is open for both US and Canada process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Find eligible job seekers through community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Interview applicants to determine if their skill set matches the employer's requirements.
Forward applicant information to hiring manager for the next steps.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with job seekers for future openings.
To promote Zortech openings in various social media platforms.
