We are a Ca firm based in mumbai and having branches in Pune and Bangalore. Looking for 2 employees in our Outsource accounting Department who will be reporting at client place in Viman Nagar, Pune.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Pune. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reveiwing invoices, checking compliances like TDS and GST, processing invoices, coding expenses, preparing journal entries, and creating expense reports. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Specialist will use their analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues as necessary..IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.

Qualifications

• Experience with expense reports and coding expenses
• Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Knowledge of TDS sections and Gst applicability( RCM etc)
• Experience in preparing journal entries and creating expense reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and experience with Accounts Payable processes in a corporate setting. MBA Finance and CA inter Preferred.
