Job description
Responsibilities: ∙
Develop and Design Cutting Edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and Lead the team of energetic engineers ∙ Plan and execute flight test plans for new software features, electronics, sensors, and payloads. ∙ Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical integration of new hardware components on the internal fleet of test vehicles for R&D and testing. ∙ Troubleshoot and debug any components of a drone and Maintenance of vehicles. ∙ Learn about the domain and competitors to propose new drone applications, as well as, improvements in existing applications ∙ Act as a dependable technical authority on UAVs' high-reliability, safety-critical systems. ∙ Develop and upkeep models for UAV systems, conducting thorough analyses. ∙ Determine causes for incident responses, pinpoint root causes, and track mitigations for aircraft incidents. ∙ Take responsibility for delivering systems and safety engineering documents to regulatory bodies. ∙ Provide insights for the enhancement of automated preflight and post-flight procedures to the software development team. ∙ Concentrate mainly on optimizing performance in aerial vehicles and autopilot systems. Experience/Skills: Complete understanding of parameters of flight controlling software such as APM Planner, Mission planner, UgCS, etc, and real-world experience of controlling airborne vehicles. Prior knowledge of communication devices, radio links, and transmission. Basic understanding of flight dynamics of Fixed wing, VTOL, and multirotor aircraft. Hands-on experience on Pixhawk flight controller units. Strong experience in PCB design (schematic to Gerber) and simulation. Strong experience in Logic, Microcontrollers - STM32, ESP32, ATmega328 and Hardware interfacing - RS485, I2C, UART, SoCs, SPI, and Sensor Data Management. Knowledge in C/C++, Embedded RTOS, RF, Bluetooth, Integrated Sensors, Wifi, Camera and Memory, GSM, and GPS integration. Preferences: ∙ Ability to fly both fixed wing and multi rotors ∙ Passionate about Aerial robots i.e. drones. ∙ Has Done live Projects ∙ Programming languages and scripting for engineering use (C++, C, MATLAB, Python). Eligibility: ∙ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field. ∙2+ years of experience (Mandatory)Job tags
