A Day in your Life
- As a Customer Success Advisor and Solutions Specialist, you would be directly responsible for driving customer delight and value across the key accounts assigned to you.
- You will be supported by the entire delivery organization and leadership team to successfully deliver upon your key KPIs pertaining to timely delivery of client requirements, customer advocacy, managing NPS/CSAT, retention
- Understand their biggest pain points and gaps across all levels in the hierarchy
- Understand the technology landscape and any need for system integrations as part of overall solutioning.
- Work with Customer to define the optimum solution within the boundaries of the Vymo product offerings
- Creation of detailed Business Requirement and functional specifications Docs based on the proposed solution
- Engage with client IT/ISG teams, to elicit and document the requirements of the non-functional areas (Security/Performance etc.)
- Work with various internal teams setup, configure and deliver the solution to the Customer
- Build consensus with the service delivery team on the customer deliverables.
- Training Client teams on all aspects of the solution
- Brief the client on any new product features launched & potential value for the client and actions thereof, there by increasing the product adoption.
- Assist the CSM in preparing the decks for regular governance meetings – Steer Cos, QBRs or any client meetings
- You are not responsible for cross-sell and up-sell into your client account, but for identifying such opportunities and passing them over to the Sales team who would take them forward. For e.g. additional distribution channels or other processes that can be supported by Vymo and are currently not part of our solution.
- Support the CSM & Marketing team in arranging for any surveys, references, testimonials required by them and/or getting speakers from the client organizations for client events
What you would have done
- For Experienced – Have the industry experience of 2-5 Yrs as Solution Architect or technical account management and Implementation consulting.
- Have an educational background of Engineering and related disciplines ( BCA, B.Tech ) and a MBA Degree
- Have internal (Engineering) and external stakeholder management (executive stakeholders )
- Have Functional product know-how of Enterprise-grade Workflow, CRM and AI systems, Saas Products
- Have deep expertise and Solution engineering capabilities like delivering great product demonstrations, product configurations, conducting user acceptance testing and end user training.
