Designation - Brand Manager We are looking for a candidate who has an insightful understanding of the brand and can professionally handle HNI/UHNI Clients. The candidate should have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions, In order to successfully translate a brand’s strategy or story into marketing collateral and campaigns, a candidate needs to successfully collaborate with creative teams, Someone who could direct, oversee, and sign off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to set guidelines and are in line with the current brand strategy, can ensure that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers.
Education- Postgraduate/master’s in Luxury Brand Management/Marketing Experience- 10 Year Experience with luxury brands Role & Responsibilities: ● Analytical to gaze at customer requirements and prepare mood-boards & presentations as per client’s choice or preferences. Also skilled in having interactive sessions to educate about the company's brand sensibilities. ● Candidate needs to deliver ideas and values that set the brand/product apart. ● Candidates will be responsible to research, assess & plan collaborations & tie-ups to build strong sustainable brands. ● Work with several departments within the company to ensure a strategic overview of the business and future market opportunities. ● Develop and maintain contacts with various media personnel and determine appropriate media for brand promotion. ● Need to be able to draw on consumer research and monitor market trends ● Play an active role in content creation, organizing events and exhibitions ● Drive awareness of brands online & offline ● To build strategic campaigns and promotions aimed to gain attentiveness as well as curiosity among the target audience Skills Required: ● Professional presentation style skills & ease of Public Speaking ● Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results ● Strong analytical ability – analyze data, develop insights, etc. ● Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies. ● Communicate clear decisions, next steps, and accountability ● Excellent strategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectivesJob tags
