Job description

Overview:

As a Agri Sales Intern for Kisan Ledger, you will be an integral part of our mission to connect with organic farmers, educate them about our innovative app, and encourage them to embrace technology for efficient farming practices. You will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships, providing valuable information, and driving adoption of the Kisan Ledger app within the farming community.

Responsibilities:

Farm Visits: Engage in field visits to organic farms to meet with farmers in person.

Educational Outreach: Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to educate farmers about the features, benefits, and functionalities of the Kisan Ledger app.

Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the app's usage, navigation, and key utilities to farmers.

Relationship Building: Establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with farmers, addressing their queries and concerns regarding the app.

Promotion and Persuasion: Use persuasive communication skills to motivate farmers to download and integrate the Kisan Ledger app into their farming practices.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from farmers regarding their experience with the app and communicate it to the development team for potential improvements.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of farm visits, interactions, and progress made in promoting the app.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Agricultural Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for agriculture and sustainability.

This job requires regular field visits for community engagement.

Proficiency in Marathi is must.
