Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and analytical skills. This role is located in Chandigarh with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business development or online bidding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation and market research.
• Experience in online bidding and profile management a plus.
• Experience in writing RFPs, RFQs a major plus.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but no required.
• Experience in the IT, Software or Marketing industry shall be highly preferred.

Preferred Candidates:

• Strong portfolio.
• Has a database of potential clients.
• Worked with International clients.
• Independently managed clients.

Fully Remote Option avialable for right candidates.

Salary and Incentives at and above market range.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial are problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstratable experience in Business Development.
