Job Title: Intern (Operations) - Resorts & Villas

Position: Intern ( Operations) - Resorts & Villas
Location: Delhi (7, Khullar Farms Rd, New Manglapuri, Manglapuri Village, New Delhi, Delhi, 110030)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of our premium villa properties.
- Assist in the planning and execution of unique guest experiences, elevating our resorts & villas to new heights in luxury hospitality.
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities to enhance our resort offerings and create value for our guests.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Hospitality, Service Industry etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
