729 Grams Coffee Roasters is an upcoming coffee roasting startup offering specialty coffee with a European bakehouse experience. Our first café is opening in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and we are looking for people and organizations who are interested in growing and working with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies, along with food items and pastries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of coffee and brewing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work early morning and weekend shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
