Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Front Office Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, and maintaining the front office area. Additionally, the Front Office Executive will provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a front office/receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
