Job Description of Engineering Recruiter
Job Summary:
As the Automobile and Engineering Domain Recruiter at Infojini Inc., you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a talented workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and recruit skilled professionals in the automotive and engineering sectors. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure the company's continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and provide guidance to interviewers on best practices.
Candidate Assessment:
- Administer skills assessments or technical tests, where necessary, to evaluate candidates' technical expertise.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the automobile and engineering domains.
Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the automobile and engineering domains.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets within these industries.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
