Company Name- Trueblue India Position- Voice & Accent Trainer Location- Gurgaon Sec 48 Shift Mode- Work from Office Shift Timings- 12:00 PM- 9:00 PM/ 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM 5 Days working & Both sides transport NOTE-3-4 years of hands-on experience in Voice & Accent/ Communication Training in International Voice processes, preferably with BPOs Proficiency in MS Excel (Maintaining MIS, Reports etc. Excellent Spoken & Written communication skills (English) Exposure of RPO/ Recruitment and International Customer Service preferred. Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective programs on Cultural Awareness, Voice & Accent, Language Fluency (English), Telephone Etiquette, Email Writing and Customer Handling Skills. Monitor and assess the progress of participants through regular evaluations and feedback sessions. Tailor training programs based on individuals proficiency level, or team needs, considering the specific industry or client requirements. Conduct regular quality audits and provide constructive feedback to agents or employees. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accent improvement and communication skills. Introduce new methodologies and tools to keep training programs current and effective. Stay updated on industry trends, communication tools, and language evolution. Work closely with other training teams, operations, and relevant departments to align training objectives with organizational goals. Involve in the hiring process to analyze the candidates on Voice & Accent/ Soft Skills areas. Collaborate with HR to address specific employee development needs related to voice and accent/ language proficiency. Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities.
