Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Control Tower Executive located in Mumbai. Your day-to-day tasks will include Carefully monitor all vehicles on dashboard for timely reporting, routing, temperature and speed, SLAs adherence Follow the SOP for calling driver, transporter and escalations Work with on-boarded vendors to resolve all driver related issues faced on the ground Work with related teams to ensure 100% visibility in logistics. Publish daily report on vehicle reporting time, temperature compliance, vehicle capacity and time utilization . Qualifications Must have Experience in logistics and supply chain management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to provide efficient solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree CTC: 3.6 lakhs per annum.
