As a Product Insights Analyst, you contribute to this mission through performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer's digital journey, data across all inbound feedback channels, data from all relevant 3rd party sources to develop robust, rigorous, and actionable insights. Responsibilities
Data Analysis : Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from various data sources including customer feedback, sales data, and market research, tailored to the car services marketplace.
Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for product improvement or expansion in the car services market.
Performance Tracking : Monitor key performance metrics specific to the car services marketplace to evaluate the effectiveness of existing products and initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
Product Enhancement : Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop recommendations for product enhancements tailored to the unique needs of the car services market, based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
User Experience Evaluation : Analyze user interactions, behavior patterns, and feedback specific to car services to identify areas for improving the overall user experience of our platform.
Forecasting and Planning : Assist in forecasting demand, identifying potential risks, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives
Reporting : Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to the car services market to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics, and product analytics.
Qualifications
Graduate in Economics, Business, Engineering, or quantitative focus.
Minimum 4 years of overall experience.
Proven data analysis experience, preferably in marketplaces and fintech verticals
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Advanced degree or certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
