Job description

For Compass Group Central processing Unit at Sector 37 Gurgaon with 200 staff cooking 20,000 meals per day


Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.

serves as an assistant to the Head or Executive Chef. Their duties include leading the kitchen staff during the Head Chef's absence, guiding and supervising the junior kitchen staff during food preparation and assisting the Head Chef in menu preparation.
