Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a PwC | Investment Banking Trainer at ReKonversations. The Investment Banking Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering investment banking training programs – specifically M&A and Capital Market training – to clients and internal company employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, including M&A and Capital Market experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and investment banking software applications, such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
• Comfortable with conducting training sessions remotely over virtual platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience
