JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
Associate Process Manager Role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Compensation, Policies, Benefits, HR Analytics. Candidates having global exposure to countries like UK, US, Singapore and Manila are preferred
- Salary Cost Budgeting: Creating budget for the salary related costs for the fiscal year. This includes liaising with various stakeholders to collate information on workforce plans, employee related expenses and any other estimations as may be required.
- Compensation Benchmarking: Take part in salary surveys, analyze reports from vendors and provide insights to business on compensation benchmarks.
- Driving Increment and Variable Pay cycles: Create input templates, work with HRBPs to get inputs, validate and communicate the revised salaries and bonuses to employees. Work with vendor partners to automate and execute the process through a system. Drive compensation module and system implementation from audit perspective.
- Policy Management: Manage any changes or additions to HR policies.
- Compensation based interventions: Work with HRBPs and business leads to design compensation-based policies, estimate its cost impact and operationalize them.
- Managing Retention Schemes: Managing the budgeting, tracking and operational aspects of running compensation-based retention schemes.
- International Mobility: Liaison with International HR teams to govern the international mobility process
- HR Analytics: Create reporting templates that can be automated or be easily generated based on core data, Analyzing data, feeding back the findings to relevant HRBPs / managers and advising on changes and improvements, Identify leading external practices and internal business needs for predictive analytics, Define appropriate data controls to ensure data integrity and minimize risk exposure.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in C&B
- MMS/MBA/PGDM
- High proficiency with excel skills & Number Orientation.
- Ability to analyse data.
- Self-motivated and committed to deadlines.
- Ability to focus on detail, while keeping an eye on the larger picture
- Good communication skills.
