Job description

JOB Description :-• Verifying the Report on the Client Portfolio
• Reconciliation of Trade Confirmation Report.
• Verifying Buying Details from Motilal Oswal to Mprofit.
• Monitoring the clients' clear credit balances in the morning and evening
• Checking the previous day's transaction reports.
• The monthly confirmation of the clients' stock summary report.
• Evaluating the clients' order instruction reports every day.
• Performing as a dealer in terminal operations
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Equity and Mutual funds schemes services to clients.
• Respond to consumer complaints, offer suitable remedies and substitutes in a timely
manner, and monitor the situation to make sure it is resolved.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
