Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This full-time position is located in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary range. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components.
Roles And Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper performance and quality
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Document production data and create reports as needed
Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in machining
