Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive, specializing in financial services and working in the office and traveling capacity. This challenging yet rewarding role involves extensive travel within the assigned geography to engage with Financial Consultants and customers. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to establish a robust and sustainable distribution network. Your targets will encompass the number of active and successful Financial Consultants, distribution expansion, and overall premium growth.

Responsibilities:

• Network Building and Developing and maintaining a strong and sustainable distribution network of Financial Consultants. 
• Achieve set targets, including the number of active and successful Financial Consultants, distribution expansion, and overall premium growth.
• Lead and accompany the team of Financial Consultants on pre and post-sales activities, including claim settlement.
• Technology Integration by embracing technology-driven sales by learning and implementing new technology and mobility enhancements aligned with the Sales Management Process.
• Regulatory Compliance maintenance by ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and statutory regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development within the financial services sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Effective team management capabilities.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of sales or related experience.
• Experience on any CRM like Hubspot/ Freshsales would be favored. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software applications.
• Preferred Finance/CA/CMA/Bank background, but not required.

Additional Information:

• We are looking for immediate joiners only
• Competitive salary within the range of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum.
• Includes PF an ESI
