Job description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance and accounting functions within the organization.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide strategic financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial reviews, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to support business objectives.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's financial health.
Requirements - CA, CMA is a plus
- 10-20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Significant experience in the manufacturing domain is essential.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
