Objective of the Role

A Business Development Manager is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Job brief

You will start your journey at K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd as an working in a team of 10 (PRO) to introduce and showcase the unique way in which Orchids The International School, students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across PAN India Roles and Responsibilities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with educational institutions. creating and implementing sales strategies conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote services. Managing client relationships Managing the team of 15 - 25 People Ensuring Admission, No of Orchid Branches Taking Care of all BTL Activities ·Develop Field Marketing Plans

Eligibility:

Any Bachelors or Masters Degree Experience in Field Marketing. Good communication skills and Marketing/Sales strategies skills . Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Field Marketing
