1. B Com/M Com/Inter CA/ICWA
2. MBA in Finance will be added preference
Work Experience: 10 to 15 years

Compensation: 08 to 20 LPA - Depends on the experience, Qualifications and Current CTC.

Our Major Client, an Aerospace and Defence Company, is looking for Manager-Accounts (Finance) - SUPER URGENT - Need immediate Joiners.

Ability to comprehend high level functions and maintaining confidentiality are critical traits required.
The selected candidate will report to Additional General Manager (Accounts) and assist him in all accounting functions.

Activities
1. Complying with the company, state, and country's accounting regulations
2. Handling the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including account
payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
3. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
4. Managing the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including payroll tax, and income tax returns and timely remittance and return of statutory compliance.
5. Knowledge of GST, TDS and tally.
6. Developing and implementing accounting systems and processes, including controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with account reporting standards
7. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that the company's financial goals are aligned with business objectives
8. Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and account reports to support decision- making and planning
9. Analyzing accounting data and providing insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic objectives
10. Ensuring that all accounting systems and processes are in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards
11. Ensuring the internal audit and statutory audit are done promptly.

Skills Required
1. Accounting Skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and time management.
4. Well-versed with the various application Act its rules
5. Hands on experience in MS office
6. Exposure of Accounting in ERP
7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
8. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
9. Proficiency in English, Kannada and one or more other languages.
