We at spocto are developing a full stack collections platform that is powered by AI ML capabilities, that is radically changing collections within the debt industry.
In March 2022, we became India's fastest fintech and most impactful start-up to join the unicorn club with a Series B fundraising round of $137 million.
We already have all the top Banks and NBFCs as our clients. We have offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai. We plan to expand our business across the EU, USA and SE Asia over the next couple of years.
Job Title –Manager – Training. Reports to – Head - Contact Centre. Location: Airoli – Navi Mumbai. Job Description: - Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
- Prepares and implements training budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
- Optimizing training processes for efficiency
- Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
Requirements - Certification (e.g. DRA) is a big plus. Collection background training delivery is a mandatory .
- Proven 8+ years of experience as corporate trainer or similar role managing teams.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- A proven track record of training program development and management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least a bachelor's degree in education, human resources or a related discipline Good time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- Graduate in HR, or relevant field.
