Proficiency in ELK Stack, Expert in processing data, how to write complex search requests and work with their responses. Strategies for scaling your ELK clusters up or down. ELK cluster management and troubleshooting recommendations. Proficiency in Python programming, Python frameworks, tools etc. Guides the tools and automation teams to use efficiently and also develop workflow tools to implement the defined process flows Languages like Unix, PowerShell scripting, JIRA, Python, and Jenkins Continuous Integration: Hourly, Nightly, Weekly, Sanity, Stress testing automation, monitoring and reporting Experience of having used industry standard DevOPS tools and infrastructure ( GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, PowerBI...) Proficiency in dockers, Kubernetes, ansible, VM's. Proficiency in Linux OS, Jenkins administration. Proficiency in Continuous integration, Continuous deployment process. As part of the SW transformation organization leads specific improvement areas and workgroups to continuously optimize workflow processes Conducts retrospectives and reviews to bring in a culture of effectiveness, efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across the cross functional teams Influences stakeholders and leadership at different levels with logical, clear communication. Consistent track record having delivered strategic cross-functional projects as a project or program manager The candidates should have strong analytical abilities in order to analyze the effectiveness of software releases and make improvements. They should also have effective communication and leadership skills in order to collaborate with colleagues, such as project management and development personnel, on the streamlined implementation of software programs. Throughout the development and deployment process, maintains software documentation for both internal use and for the end user. This documentation can include information about stable release versions, identified and resolved bugs, and potential issues that the developers may need to address post-deployment. Additionally, the candidates may present these documents to project managers and other leaders to improve development processes and cut down future development time.
Qualifications
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech ECE or CS from reputed institute Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Devops and 4-5 years in ELK plus devops domain. Behavioral traits: Problem-solving Skills - Ability to Multitask - Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills - Ability to Work in a Dynamic Team-Oriented environment

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
