Job description
Responsibility
- Owning B2B client accounts post sales by ensuring flawless end-to-end project execution and providing delightful customer experience.
Being the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on all assigned client accounts and their respective projects.
Creating the architecture and driving execution of project plans with regards to deliverables, stakeholders accountable and timelines.
Managing trackers, maintaining timelines and handling project data.
Collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to align everyone involved.
Working with internals teams on legal & compliance mandates like executing Contracts, Service Agreements, NDA's and Vendor registration as per TAT.
Showcasing agility and strong problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
Conducting Project Governance meetings between internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving project intelligence and account growth by:
Monitoring, measuring and showcasing project success to clients and internal stakeholders.
Generating Upselling opportunities or value adds to a project basis data analysis.
Driving client account Growth by identifying and generating revenue opportunities across various product lines for Business
Handling escalations and resolving them through effective and timely solutions.
Coordinating in case of any operational issues with respective business heads at for Business for timely completion of all deliverables.
