Job description
Metalegal Advocates is looking forward to engaging and retaining Associates (Advocate or Charte red Accountant) for our p ractice in economic offences, tax disputes, and corporate and commercial laws.
Qualification
Engagement profile
The engagement would primarily involve a mix of litigation and advisory, and would include Litigation (including drafting pleadings, replies, appeals, petitions etc. before various forums), handling investigations involving multiple investigative agencies, advising the clients on various corporate and commercial laws, technology laws, regulatory laws, handholding the clients in various dispute resolution processes, researching and writing articles/white papers, etc.
There would be opportunities to represent the clients before various forums from time to time and based on experience in the case as well as law.
