Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an Occupational Health Physician - AFIH MBBS in Pune. The Occupational Health Physician will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health of employees by providing a range of medical services to assess and ensure the physical and mental wellbeing of employees in the workplace. The Occupational Health Physician will work closely with the HR department to develop health promotion strategies and ensure legal compliance. Advice on preventive strategies and implement prevention of illness program at the sites. Be point for all statutory audits for health and safety, internal and agency.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have a Degree in Medicine (MBBS) and a Diploma in Industrial Health / Occupational Health (AFIH).
• Applicant must have Completed AFIH within the last 5 years and be licensed to practice in India and also registered in Tamil Nadu .
• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant occupational health experience.
• Applicant must be familiar with applicable rules and regulations, including but not limited to Factories Act and license regulations for factories.
• Applicant must have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Applicant must have proficiency in Tamil, and/or South India regional languages, English.
