Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1- Material availability as per PPC Plan 2- Knowledge of BOM & Audit to maintain FIFO, 5S Deliver best practices in Stores Management i.e. Peroidic Perpectual Inventory, TPM deployment, Cardex Accuracy 3- Knowledge of ERP system i.e. SAP, MS Office. 4- Conduct layer audit and ensure no observation & NCs in stores i.e.FIFO, shelf life part, consumable etc. 5- Perodic JH of all the Stores MHE's 6- He should knowledcge of making SOP, OPL & KAIZEN and its execution on the Shop floor. 7- Deliver the requirement mention in third party SLA and MOP. 8- Knowledge of Slow & Non Moving material/Asset and its disposal plan. 9- Knowledge of Legal compliance & Statutory requiement of stores.
