Senior Executive Financial Analyst

Job summary

The Senior Executive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will work closely with the Market Unit / Business Unit FP&A team business and operational partners to execute the Company's strategic objectives. You will support the Market Unit / Business Unit FP&A team on financial planning financial analysis and reporting. Key deliverables include consolidated analysis of monthly budget vs. actual development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Experience- 05 to 06 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
(1)Prepare and interpret financial plans and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations including internal financial controls to mitigate risk for the company
(2) Collect operational data/reports and conduct analysis and reconcile transactions
(3) Produce reports and analysis for the MU / BU portfolio
(4) Complete short- term and long -term forecasting by modeling out various changes and assumptions
(5) Analyze KPIs for potential margin improvement (Quarterly/Monthly) and track progress and changes
(6)Teaming with others from across the globe to develop their financial skills by reviewing deliverables and providing regular feedback with a focus on increasing financial acumen and strengthening advisory skills
(7) Ad hoc financial reporting to support strategic decision-making
(8) Coach team members and provide the first level advice on procedures/methods

Location- Chennai

Certification(s) Required- Master's Degree MS / CFA / CA / CMA
