Job description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Developer for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery programing solutions for a large client server C# MS SQL based internal applications.
End user support including problem determination and resolutions.
Design, develop, test and implement code in accordance with software standards.
Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7 years' experience
Degree in or related technical discipline
Experience using programming language .NET with a focus on C# and WCF, writing MS SQL Queries and Store Procedures
Proficient in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Proficient in TFS/Gitlab and continuous code deployments.
Familiar with Agile methodology
Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with Tableau environment setup and report writing
Experience using JIRA task and/or other similar tools
Familiar with government contracting process and contracts domain knowledge

EDUCATION:
Accredited Degree in software development or a related technical principle

Full-Time
