Job Overview We are looking for a Primary Teacher to join our team at Mastermind School in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young students. This is a full-time position with a focus on teaching, lesson planning, and educational leadership.
Qualifications And Skills - A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Primary Teacher
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Strong teaching and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and educational theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Montessori training or certification is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities - Create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective classroom instruction to primary students
- Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide them with constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement the school curriculum
- Supervise students during activities and promote their physical, mental, and social development
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
