Job Summary
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to create a workplace environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's values and goals.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to final selection and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment and adherence to company values.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Regularly review and update policies to remain compliant with relevant employment laws.
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Organise events and activities that promote team building and a positive company culture.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise HR analytics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics for leadership review.
Qualifications And Experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 4 years as an HR Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
