Job description

Job Summary

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to create a workplace environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's values and goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to final selection and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment and adherence to company values.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Regularly review and update policies to remain compliant with relevant employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Organise events and activities that promote team building and a positive company culture.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilise HR analytics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years as an HR Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
