Job description
Overview:
The Recruitment Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team by assisting in various aspects of the hiring process. This role is essential in ensuring the identification and selection of top talent to meet the organizations needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and networking events
- Participate in screening and reviewing resumes to identify potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including managing candidate pipelines and updating databases
- Participate in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures
- Contribute to the development of recruitment reports and analytics
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Salary: 12000 INR PM Stipend for 3 Months
PostCompletion: CTC of 2.73.6 LPA based on performance and target achievement
