Role - Senior Deputy Vice President, Tied Field Sales (L7)
Education and Experience - Graduation mandatory 8-10 yrs
Job Role:
. Handle a team of Sr. DM / DM, BM.
. Primary responsibility is sales target achievement and effective team management.
. The candidate should be performance oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing, and achieving.
. Responsible for enhancing productivity of mapped branches.
. Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance.
. Planning & monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly activities.
. Creating the business plan and helping the team to achieve it.
. Maintain the revenue targets and persistence targets of the organization.
. Responsible for hiring and retention of the Sr. DM/DM, BM, RDMs.
