Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, dealing with customer queries, understanding customer requirements, and providing consultation to customers on insurance policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain and build strong relationships with Partners and Develop Business of Motor and Health insurance
- Knowledge of insurance policies and products
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in local languages and English
- Proven track record of achieving targets and customer satisfaction
Note: Prior experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
Note: This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad,Palanpur, Mehsana and locations of Gujarat.
