Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to execute review and promote the total MRF & Ecom sales & distribution activities for Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Plan Execute & Promote the MRF & Ecom business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

Build the team in scope towards achieving the organization objective.

Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.

Product management (Forecast Availability Listing Merchandising Shelf Share Pricing)

Sales management (Targets Margins Promotions Rentals).

Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.

Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.

Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.

Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.

Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.

Build and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities.

Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback.

Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.

Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakages damages & transit losses.

Ensure proper merchandising at MRF Stores.

Ensure the availability of all products / variants / SKU s in the respective MRF s & Ecom channels City / Town wise.

Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

Daily periodical MIS reports.

Coordination with internal teams i.e. Sales Operations quality Marketing etc.

Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory ISO and Audit Queries.

Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
