Summary
Coordinate the assistance services required by our stake holders, focused on providing a service of excellence. Giving a quick, effective and quality solution. Adherence to rights standards, process and regulations of the company.
Roles And Responsibilities To share responsibilities for the management of effective administration, reports, process improvement plans and correspondence.
- To identify associate training needs and support with their development.
- To carry out regular supervision, inductions and annual appraisals – to carry out performance management when needed.
- Provide timely feedback for continuous improvement.
- Working independently as leader as well as being a team player, who motivates, challenges, and encourages.
- Achieve team work, quality and productivity targets and contribution to overall team KPIs.
- Help with the hiring process of associates, team leaders, AM and DM.
- To facilitate and promote stake holder involvement across the services and organization.
- Adhere and comply with the risk management and compliance obligations/processes.
- Excellent communication skills with agents, team leaders, quality analyst, management in UK.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications - Certificate of graduation or equivalent.
- Good command over all Microsoft tools.
- Minimum experience of 10 to 15 years with at least 2 yrs. experience as Manager.
