Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Bsquire Digital Marketing & Advertiser's in Kanpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends and data to develop targeted marketing strategies, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts with clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience in business development and/or sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
