Client : Volkwagen (Fulltime with Vokswagen)Role : Salesforce - Functional consultantExperience : 8-13 YearsWork Location : Pune Immediate joiner preferableSalesforce Functional Consultant (Marketing/Sales/Service cloud)Responsibilities :- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions- Functional analytical support to the client and development team- Design Salesforce solutions using configuration- Recommend new features and improvements to optimise and increase use of the platform- Developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively create solutions- Hands on configuration of the Salesforce platform- Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform- Responsible for the creation and delivery of all functional documentation- Accountable to ensure deliverables are met both technically and to meet client expectations- Engage with Business Analysts and Clients in Workshops to understand and design solutions- Ability to document solution and technical design and deliver the solution in collaboration with a teamSkills and Experience :- 6+ years of domain experience with at least 3+ years of extensive exposure on End-to-End Salesforce CRM applications- Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce platform, including Sales cloud/Service cloud/Marketing cloud/community cloud- Experience in one or more Salesforce cloud applications serving specific business processes areas like marketing automation, Einstein Analytics etc.Certifications :- Sales/Service/Marketing Consultant- Salesforce Admin (desirable)- Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant(Desirable)Technical Landscape : Salesforce Clouds : Sales, Service, Marketing, CommunityOther technologies :- Integration- MuleSoft Cloud Hub- MuleSoft OnPrem- SF platform APIs- Multiple Heroku Applications- Middleware- Amazon Web Services- S3- Redshift- Connect,etc.- Google Analytics- Einstein Analytics- Tableau (ref:hirist.tech)
