Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rohini. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, identifying and addressing customer needs, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include negotiation skills, knowledge of real estate market trends, ability to identify and analyze customer needs, and experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
