Required Administrative Manager
Location: KIM SURAT

Must have experience as an Administrative Manager in the Solar or Similr Industry
Position Overview:
As the Administrative Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing
and managing a range of administrative functions to create a conducive and efficient work
environment for our employees. You will be responsible for handling diverse tasks including
but not limited to canteen management housekeeping management guest management
ticket bookings hotel booking flight booking and traveling management related to the sales
team. Additionally you will manage the company vehicle log book bus management and
contracts related to the aforementioned facilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Assistant:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Administrative Manager.
Assist in managing schedules organizing meetings and handling routine tasks.
2. Facilities Coordinator:
Oversee the daytoday operations of office facilities.
Manage maintenance repairs and improvements to the physical workspace.
3. Canteen Management:
Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the companys canteen facilities.
Coordinate with vendors to provide quality and hygienic food services.
Manage budgets and expenses related to the canteen.
4. Housekeeping Management:
Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized workplace.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Manage supplies and equipment for housekeeping.
5. Guest Management:
Greet and assist guests clients and visitors.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a welcoming environment.
6. Travel Management:
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the sales team.
Handle flight bookings hotel reservations and transportation for business
trips.
7. Company Vehicle Log Book:
Maintain and update the log book for company vehicles.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
8. Bus Management:
Oversee the scheduling and management of company buses for employee transportation.
Coordinate routes and timings to optimize efficiency.
9. Contract Management:
Manage contracts with vendors related to canteen services housekeeping and transportation.
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements for the
company.
10. Transportation Coordinator:
Coordinate company vehicle usage including scheduling and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage transportationrelated logistics.
11. Budget Analyst:
Assist in budget planning and management for administrative functions.
Monitor expenses analyze variances and provide financial reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven experience in administrative management roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
